Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard estimated delivery times are typically 4 to 8business days depending on your destination.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Elevate Realm is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
